The Barnard family is going to be three! Jim and Alisha are long time friends of mine. A neat fact about our relationship is they are the first couple I ever photographed. Four years ago they asked me to do their engagement photos and that shoot was the birth of the studio. So this shoot was extra special for me. Since the Barnards live in the city we used a lot of city locations – Lafayette Square and the City Park in downtown St. Louis. Mommy and Baby have faced some tough odds, but God obviously wanted the Barnards to have this particular baby boy! He truly is a miracle! He will be in their arms in just a couple of weeks and you will be able to see more photos of him as he grows.
